New Involved Index That Groups Creators, Designers and Developers

Before this change the Wikidata attributes creator, designer and developed by each had an index of their own. While not all language designers are necessarily developers, there is a lot of overlap and the distinction seems arbitrary in many cases. With this change creators, designers and developers are still listed separately, but the links point to the new involved index, that lists all languages a person or group is involved with.

To give an example, at the time of writing the involved page for Ken Thomson lists B, C and Go. Before none of his index pages showed that he is involved with all three of them. This update allows to still see the distinction between these attributes on language pages and spot possible Wikidata issues, and to get a more comprehensive picture for people and groups such as companies and organizations.
